Affordable housing for students

Reasons for Affordable Housing for International Students are identified as, Limited Budget, High Cost of Living, Language Barriers, Cultural differences, Safety Concerns. These are factors affect choosing appropriate affordable accommodation for students. The solutions proposed as, 1. living in a campus belong to the same university that ensure safety and solves transportation issues, 2. living with a family offers a supportive environment, 3. renting house alone or with a group of students, 4. satying at own house by attending local universities.
Five key principles, co-developed by an international Taskforce of Green Building Councils and affordable housing experts, guide the analysis of best practice solutions across the globe. The keys are, habitability and comfort, community and connectivity, economic accessibility, resource efficiency and circularity, resilience and adaptation to a changing climate.
