On Sunday 1/26/2025, in Civil EngineOn Sunday 1/26/2025, in Civil Engineering Department with the presence of the Head of the Civil Engineering Department and a number of academic staff, a seminar entitled ( Engineering Solutions for A sustainable World in Light of The Sustainable Development Goals of Times Higher Education Ranking ) was presented by (Dr. Zina Muneam Mudheher ) in which the sustainable development goals related to the College of Engineering, which include all of (Clean Water and Sanitation(SDG6), Affordable and Clean Energy(SDG7), Decent Work and Economic Growth(SDG8), Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure(SDG9), Sustainable Cities and Communities(SDG11), Climate Action(SDG13), Life below Water(SDG14), Life on Land(SDG15) ), were highlighted. These goals and the extent of their application by the university, their potential and their impact and on the university’s classification, were discussed.
