In the present study, the mechanical properties such as Vickers hardness, impact strength, ultimate tensile stress, yield stress and elongation, machinability, damping characteristics, surface roughness, wear loss, and microstructural evaluation of Al 6063 alloy matrix composites are investigated. Four different reinforced items were analyzed experimentally, which are Mortar Ash (MA), Nano Fibrillated Composite (NFC), industrial waste Met Coke Ash (MCA), and agro waste Straw Ash (SA) with the constant rate of 5 wt. % for each reinforced element used and mixed with Al 6063 alloy to produce composites alloy, using modified two-step mechanical stirrer and having three blades at each step.
