On Sunday 4/5/2025, in Civil Engineering Department with the presence of the Head of the Civil Engineering Department and a number of academic staff, a seminar entitled (Integration of BIM with time, cost and sustainability of residential project in Kurdistan region) was presented by (Prof. Dr. Omar Qarani Aziz). Integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) with time, cost, and sustainability aspects of residential projects in the Kurdistan region can greatly enhance project efficiency and environmental performance. BIM enables better planning and visualization, helping to reduce delays and control costs through accurate scheduling and budgeting. Additionally, it supports sustainable design by optimizing energy use, materials, and waste management. This integration is especially valuable in the Kurdistan region, where improving construction quality and resource efficiency is a growing priority.
